susan cook is an artist and designer working with digital media, video, sound and animation. she worked as the chief graphic designer at the national museum of african art, smithsonian institution from 1992 to 1998 and, most recently, as an associate creative director/art director at ogilvy one worldwide. cook was just awarded a bronze cyber lion at the 48th cannes international advertising festival 2001.
