Disclosure

As I write this in June 2026, there is an intense spiritual battle going on. It is fought alongside two axis.

The first is natural intelligence versus artificial intelligence. The disclosure on high political level in the US on the existence of plasma based ‘alien’ intelligence that might be deep ocean based is vindicating a lot of smart and brave people who were ridiculed for decades/centuries. Respect for their work.

The second is about architectures and worldview. Until we have non invasive, non extractive plasma based infrastructures and communicative applications, we live in a silicon based world in which we have build in under fifty years, quite remarkable in terms of speed. We need to mitigate the damage we are doing with large data center paradigms and move to a device centric approach with AI processed locally on hime and community batteries favorinf smal language models, small but well trained and immediately relevant.

It is imporrtant that the younger generations begin to understand this hopeful narrative. It is clear that the founder narratives all over the planet reveal narcissistic and destructive personalities that have lost their ability to change deep courses of actions with their material resources. Try to bribe a plasma based being with cash.

So here is what I think:

The loose community of people described in the Epstein ecosystem are operating in every generation from the moment we lived in tribes. They are not real shamans, not real healers, not real philosophers, they have no special gift or insight. But they know, not suspect, they know that others have these capabilities (a nice word in this techno-sect world) and they are looking all over the world for them to try and understand how they are able to do things that they want without tools/technology.

This the key:

In the book there are two types of time travelers, those who are moving with technology and tools and those who are moving through inner workings. The ones with the technology, the outsiders, looking in from the outside longing to have those inner tools (cheap – they do not see the inner cost and the hard work- , hidden, and effective) can not believe that there are people – ordinary humans – that are able to do this travel/work without technology so they cut them up and “dissect “them trying to find the hard material inside. But there is no technology.

In every generation this has been the main spiritual fight between the ones who are energy and those who feel this energy and want to have the source in order to direct it in order to affect some purpose. As they think instrumentally they can not believe the source is embodied and can not be isolated.

In other generations this has been played out by those who believed that the Holy Grail was an object with special powers that needed to be sought out and used, whereas it is far more likely that the Holy Grail was awareness and awakening within a human being, a process, not a state or object.

The same goes for the fight of the Church (ceremony, pomp, tools, effect: technology) and the Cathars (inner growth) that was vital for the Church ,as people began to see and feel the difference.

One adept of the Masons in the 19th century described that the higher he rose in the circles the only thing that grew was the intricacy of the rituals, there was no content, the ‘essence’ was never there, it was empty.

For those who seek with and through tools and think that they will find more intricate tools/technology the inevitable result is that rhey come up empty.

That is why they are quite pathethic always – also these current actors like Chopra and Bach and so easily recognizable as fake, but they do an immense amount of damage as our culture worldwide has grown and coached – this is where the fight for consciousness has definitely succeeded – in believing that is is through objects and tools that you will feel better, whole and healed.

They literally strip the process and assert there is a shortcut. A program.

«What the architecture wants to replace is not a civilization. It is an anthropology. The sovereign ensouled human being — bearer of the imago Dei, possessor of a fixed nature and a proper telos, ordered by conscience to the goods of truth and love and the ordinary attachments of family, parish, neighborhood, and country — is the thing the project cannot tolerate because it is the thing that resists dissolution.» [1]

It is the core of the projects, these are the individuals themselves who can not stand and hate individuals who do have this fixed core. It is they who are fluid and in flux, so they need to destry – literally- others – and no doubt Epstein destroyed with his actions many ‘special gifted persons’.

There is no technology.

But, even if they are amateur builders that aim to etch the holy name in the Golem to breathe life into him, they are very dangerous as they operate directly above that threshold of wonder and excitement and playfully insincere camaraderie that attracts others who are insecure because they know they have not deserved their fame, or wealth, or heritage (born into) or insight and that is an operational layer of people in finance, in governance, in business, in intelligence. They feed on each others longing and they do make things real.

What does this mean for technology today:

IoT is the best basis, not objective, not neutral for active decision making for ‘now’ and factoring in the repercussions of that act in ten years time. I too end on pragmatic cybernetics as the only form of governance that will keep us from ‘total breakdown of society because of the inability of the state to deal with the digital’ (statement of intelligence and police experts conference I was invited to in Rome 2012). The Dutch system is from 1848. The parties are paid by the model. The politicians do not understand the situation and look max two years ahead. Citizens pay taxes but these do not work for the digital infrastructure that should support them.

We want a pragmatic cybernetics that treats devices as infrastructure and wants to embed values, regulations, trustworthy AI (trained by AI Act) and AI agents as well as applications to run on wallet on chip. This is what we are building in our IEEE 6G Open Devices Group [2]. We need applications not paying to US Hyperscalers but flooding cash back into the system, Physical AI for 50% of leaking water systems and self healing energy infrastructure. Simple tools that every generation build, only better organized and in public private hands. People will be people. We still get born and die alone, there is too much digital interference these days. In our ecosystem you can choose your daily dose, but we can also negotiate with 7 year old that they should go outside and sign off:

«The destination the lineage has been moving toward, coherently, for eighty years, is a human species reconceived as a self-regulating information system — measurable at the individual level, tunable at the population level, coordinated by managerial civilizational engineers who understand the “real” dynamics because they have undergone the transformation themselves.» [3]

To some or to some quite large extent this is describing the Chinese situation, with engineers as Presidents since 1993. And reading this I can only but agree that this is a neutral statement. It shows what has happened but I think it has to go back far longer to make it understandable that this is not only part of this particular story of the past 80 years as some form of intelligent organizing.

We go back to the very notions of classification, research as cutting and slicing living creatures up in pieces in order to ‘understand’ them for the ‘human’ mind and choosing not a holistic route towards insight but a violent one, violent to nature, violent to their own kind thinking differently and violent in notions of research itself. This is our heritage throughout the centuries. It does not take ten people in a room to order the coming about of the notion of ‘data’ itself , it does not take any coherent agency to bring about predictive maintenance in factories spilling over in the real world to turn into smart cities and autonomous driving. Of course there is some kind of steering: the connected car was never about the connected car, it was about needing to have everything in the vicinity of roads ‘intelligent’: lampposts, traffic lights, city furniture, road blocks…

All actors in this text and in every generation before them wanting to ‘dissolve consciousness’ or make the vessels allowing consciousness to appear actionable to them so as to steer larger groups of people without immediate violence are humans. They are not machines, they are human. Or are they? The actors described here are of a particular kind: they seek attention, they seek each others company and want to feel aligned, they enjoy praise, prestige and they attract the indicators of older forms of power (royalty [4]) in order to gain respectability for their own ideas. They are very active, they are makers and their personal future is at stake. They like having power over others.

They are the technology/tool time travellers in The last Iteration..

I say there is no technology.
That is there is no technology needed for deep and real transformation. We have natural intelligence for that.

Yet, I began to understand IoT as base function and I have not met any evil engineer, just smart and decent people. We need a stable, dynamic and responsive material hard coded silicon based architecture to build regional decision making layers.

Is that what they are after? To be that tone? Then you should either jam it or be it.
