We aim to contribute to shaping a new, more sustainable future, with positive and constructive messages on how human-kind can co-exist with nature in a changed environment and how we can transform climate change in a new wave of opportunity for all. We shape our messages with the contribution of economists, managers, environmental activists, corporate entities at the forefront of environmental innovation, but also artists, whose special sensibility and absence of boundaries can help breaking ba...

Investigations into microperformativity redefine what art, philosophy and the technosciences actually consider a ‘body’ today, in times when performance art shifts towards generalized and pervasive performativity in art.
An artistic game-experiment performed in a space habitat and an authentic report of experiences from parabolic flights form the poles of a speculative discourse between an artist and a neuroscientist on conditions, possibilities, similarities, and differences of artistic and scientific research.
[ITA] Arti e scienze esprimono aspetti fondamentali della cultura delle società. Esemplificano il pensiero astratto, interpretano il reale e rappresentano, da punti di vista complementari, la complessità del loro tempo. Connubio indissolubile. [ENG] Arts and sciences express fundamental aspects of the culture of societies. They exemplify abstract thinking, interpret reality and represent, from complementary points of view, the complexity of their time. An indissoluble union.
What is real, and how are you sure it is so? How can you determine which experiences are "real" if they are digital, virtual or influenced by the chemistry and architecture of your brain? Scientific research uncovers ways that our minds and senses conspire to produce gaps between the actual and the perceived.
Meta.Morf invites artists, researchers, and experts to take part in the upcoming Trondheim international biennale for art & technology Meta.Morf X – Digital Wild.
In line with the datami concept – to bring rest and repose against the digital onslaught – the idea is to organise an investigation into the cultural aspects of Big Data/AI/Digital Transformation, calling upon the Humanities to shed some light beyond the blind spot of technological progress, to help us out in avoiding mass delusions and close the gap with computational machines that are supposed to carry out their own embedded desires.
The event is expected to bring together rising & proven experts, professionals and innovative young researchers from the region and globally, working in multiple fields of the future transcending digital disruptions in the post-informational age.

Bald, and with a pretty face, the robot Sophia came into our lives. Derived from science fiction literature, films and theatre (R.U.R robot of Čapek), humanoids are now a reality. By mimicking the gestures, behaviour, the way of speaking and interactions of humans, robots, androids, cyborgs, avatars as avant-garde of technology still cause surprise and evoke uncanny reactions.

Based on the hypothesis of a collapse of the IT infrastructure, and so, of a post-digital collapse, this symposium aims at suspending the occupation of the world. Given the omnipresence of computers, we want to provoke reflection to imagine what comes after.
With their shared interests in materiality and topical issues—the dual “matters” invoked in the exhibition title—the artists in the exhibition reveal an “epistemological turn” in the arts and sciences, focusing on how knowledge is produced and how the process of production inflects meaning and interpretation. This major presentation highlights how artists and scientists work together to imagine the future, today.
